A Peaceful Path Montessori recognizes the need for excellence and realizes that the development of an outstanding program depends on the training and support of its staff. We employ qualified, professional staff.
Miss Julie
Julie Davis, director and lead teacher is certified by the Association Montessori Internationale, a rigorous world-wide teacher-education program. She is also certified in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd curriculum by the National Association of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. In addition, she holds a Masters degree in Public Administration. Julie and her husband, Jon, are parents to three children who all attended Montessori preschool.
Miss Michelle
Michelle Waggoner, assistant teacher and catechist is certified in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd curriculum as well. She is experienced in working with children in preschool and childcare settings and has also taken a wide variety of child development courses. Michelle and her husband, Scott, are parents to two sons who have attended Montessori schools. We are blessed to have Miss Michelle on our staff.
Miss Rian
Rian Singh, assistant teacher, first fell in love with Montessori Education when her eldest child attended a Motnessori toddler community. She marvels at the self-reliance, kindness, and love of learning it fosters in her own children and the children she works with. Miss Rian's passion for exploring the world with children and genuine loving nature are appreciated by our students and their families. Miss Rian and her husband, Jon, have two daughters and one son, all under age six!
Julie, Michelle and Rian have a genuine affection for children and are dedicated to identifying and serving the particular developmental needs of each child. Most of all they seek to make your child’s educational experience loving and fun-filled which will lead to a lifelong love of learning. Continuing education in early childhood education and child development is enthusiastically undertaken by all staff.
